Poem

blabbers d’examen

The exams are here again
The warriors are marching
Off to the prayer ground they go
Barking, demanding and commanding
For their previous and future F’s
To be converted to A’s
From dusk till dawn they wail
Like old Baal worshippers displaying
At sunrise they head to their exam halls
Where God is forgotten , and chips and giraffe necks are adopted
After all heaven helps those who help themselves.
