Your fingers can do many magical things for you, if you know how to engage them.

Only three fingers and a few minutes of work with them,  can help  you resolve many health challenges that come up, any time the Liver begins to wane in it’s input at managing  uric acid .

Many people in the country seem to go about nowadays carrying a hint of excess uric acid, etc.  in the air around them.

As a result of infections being on the rise there’s surely a tie between the infections and the increased levels of uric acid.
This  (increased levels)  remains a source of harm to cells.

Here’s how I manage most of what I see exposed to inhaling in work places,  in living environments, and in gatherings, so that it can help me keep my levels in check.

▶️Do some static circular pressure on the spot,  for a few minutes and it will help you redefine enzymatic activity that  will beat back the amount of uric acid your body seems to be producing,  if it all started out from infection,  etc.

▶️Remember to work on both of  ’em feet.

A few minutes again, at another time,  will help you sort more things out any time , you try.
