Kano court prevents lawmakers from investigating Anti-Corruption boss, Rimin-Gado

A Kano Hiss Excessive Courtroom, on Friday, July 23, restrained the House of Meeting from investigating the suspended Government Secretary of the Hiss’s Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Rate (PCAC), Malam Muhuyi Rimin-Gado. The PCAC’s Government Secretary, Rimin-Gado, on July 22, filed a motion exparte which entreated the court to restrain Kano Hiss House of Meeting (KSHA) from investigating the actions of his price, Everyday Have confidence experiences. Rimin-Gado, via his counsel, Mr MK Umar, had prayed the court to restrain respondents from taking any extra step pending hearing and resolution of the Motion on See. On the resumed hearing on Friday, July 23, Justice Sanusi Ado-Ma’aji granted Rimin-Gado’s prayers and restrained the respondents from investigating the actions of the price pending the chance of the Motion on See. Ado-Ma’aji furthermore granted accelerating hearing within the matter and abridged the time interior which the respondents would perhaps well also file and abet their respective court direction of within the matter. He held that “the service of the direction of of this court on this matter to be plagued by serving the plight of job of the Approved authentic- Frequent of Kano Hiss”. The grab adjourned the matter till Aug. 6 for a hearing.The post Kano court prevents lawmakers from investigating Anti-Corruption boss, Rimin-Gado seemed first on Linda Ikeji Weblog.
