Something for “The Murky coloured Moments We Sometimes Have” : Petra’s Kitchen Medicine

Why don’t they call them “Murky coloured moments? I sometimes wonder.

Well, here’s a simple medicine for the moments, from Petra for resolving those times you feel down.
_It works!_
True!

Pick any Meal you’d want to eat today or tonight, if you find your moods suddenly wearing on a blanket of Depression.

Then include two pieces of red meat from Grass fed Cow, boiled without cubed seasonings.

Emphasis on Meat from Grazing Cow, boiled without cubed seasonings!

You can prepare the pieces you get, with plenty enough onions or garlic, if you wish.
Make that your option, but onions would do just fine, if you don’t often make friends with the smell of Garlic.

_Of course you’ll need to salt them to your taste._

Just enjoy!

Guess what?
You’d get back the beat in your moods, as the contributions from such complete Proteins will restore your body’s Mood Stabilizers and the “feel good” Chemicals. Apartment for Rent in Arenco Villas 23, Jumeirah

A healthy mood can come back that simply!
_Ye-p!_

( Recommended especially for fleeting experiences of murky coloured moments, most people have, nowadays )..
